What this website stores
- No accounts, no advertising trackers, no third-party cookies.
- Your cart (products, pack sizes, quantities) and, if you type them, your name and area/PIN are saved only in your own browser so the cart is still there when you return. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send it on WhatsApp. Use “Clear cart” or your browser settings to remove it.
- Witty, our shop assistant, remembers in your browser only whether you’ve seen his greeting or closed him. What you type to Witty is processed in your browser and is not sent anywhere, unless the optional AI assistant is switched on — see below.
- Contact form: it opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message pre-filled; nothing is sent until you press send there.
- Anonymous usage counts: [if you enable analytics, name the tool here, e.g. “We count anonymous events such as “Witty opened” using ___. No personal data is collected.”]
Optional AI assistant
If enabled, questions you type to Witty that he can’t answer himself are sent to our server and an AI service provider ([provider name]) to generate an answer based only on our product and policy information. Please don’t type personal or sensitive information into Witty.
Information you send us
When you contact us, we receive what you choose to share (name, phone, address, order). We use it only to reply, fulfil and deliver your order. We do not sell your information. WhatsApp messages are also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
